I have an older elliptical machine (LifeFitness x8) that has a control panel that controls many of the variables (stride length, incline, resistance, etc.) of the workout. The panel itself isnāt functioning completely or correctly. I have had two fitness equipment repair services come out and troubleshoot the entire machine from power input all the way through the wiring. Everything else works appropriately, it is the control panel itself. One of the repair services actually reversed the two input wires and the panel actually powered on (the LED backlight came on, which it hadnāt before) and one set of control buttons worked. So, both services did an exhaustive search for a replacement panel, as did I. I actually found 2 used panels which I ordered and switched out. One of the panels didnāt match (as it was from a different setup - apparently there were two in the production series of this particular model). The other actually functioned, however its LED backlight didnāt work so it was very difficult to even see, let alone use. So I have the original (I sent the other two back) and was wondering if this was a board that you could look at and potentially fix? Thanks in advance for your time.
