I have a Ford ECU out of a 2001 Genie man lift that I\'m needing to get repaired or replaced.

The engine will start and run but the throttle body is held wide open. Harness has been gone through and checked and it\'s determined that the ECU is at fault. We had it looked at locally and the guy was not able to fix it.
