Dear sirs,Iam a greek marchant with a small factory dealing with nuts eg almonds,wallnuts.Few months ago I bought an electronic sorter that it was never used since it was bought by the first buyer.The model is SORTEX 3000.When I tried to operate it the indicator FAULT was on and on display I saw COLD START REQUIRED.As you understand I can not operate the machine.What should I do?How can I fix it?Should the greek technician\"s email be send to you for your consultation?Please inform me what to do so I will be able to operate the machine.Thanking you in advance,I remain.
