i bought a pc30b power supply to run a lipo charger indoors on a wall socket.It seem to run the charger but the fan would never run,I removed the fan ,and connected it up to my car battery (12 volts and it runs fine)is it intended to run only when the power supply gets hot ,or am I headed for the dreaded(should of not bought a used power supply) syndrome Thanks in advance Joe
