We, Machine Trading Co., Ltd., based in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, JAPAN, are a Wood Working Machinery Importer. We have a customer using Sutron 2 Axes-Positioning-Control Typ/Best-Nr.: 80921.000 Aust. E-NK160020 on one of his machines. He says the Controller functions in the HORIZONTAL AXES, but does not function in the VERTICAL AXES. Can we send this piece over to you for checking and necessary repairs?
