My SportsArt 3106 machine with a 2.5 HP motor is blowing the 15 amp ceramic fuse after using it for about 15 minutes at 6 mph. It has a new belt and deck, but still seems to be drawing to much amperage or overheating? The circuit board had some repair to the little round heat dispersers (?) but it is not helping. I am looking for the next step. Do I have the circuit board tested? Please call or email me if you think you can help. Thank you
