Issue:
The DRO will not register the movements of the linear scales (X and Y) on the mills table.
Error code:
A while back we had an error code of E02, which corresponds with the linear scale connection. that code no longer shows up.
What has been done:
I have checked to make sure all connections are secured properly.
Cleaned the linear scales on both axis.
Reset unit by unplugging and plugging back in.
DRO shows all zeros on the X and the Y positions, when we crank the table it still shows zeros.
Question:
Do you believe the issue is the linear scales or do you think it could be the DRO?
