Card was connected to an IO/4 Board and installed in the SGI Server and verified NOT to boot properly. Error/TimeOut Interrupt(s) Pending: 0x40== A Chip MyResp drsc tout. Second attempt failed with the same error. A third attempt was even tried on a different IO/4 Board and failed for the same reason.
