Just had a technical question about connecting to the sevcon controllers. I have the pcpak software and cable. My lap top does not have the 9 pin serial port so I bought an adaptor to usb to connect to lap top. However, it is showing error 103 when trying to connect to controller. The red light on the box on the cable is really dim. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
