I have a Prototrak EMX retrofiit that I am having problems with.
The screen will change pages on its oun and when in the run mode the feed rate will drop to 10% by itself. It seems to always end up on the help screen.
Could this be just a faulty key pad?
I have contacted Southwest, and they just said "buy a new one."
I wish it was just that easy.
Any suggestions would be helpful.Or a possible estimate.
