I was going to call Precor tomorrow but found you today. I have a 5.37 elliptical like new with only 21 hours of use that has a slight clunk when left foot reaches the top of its stride. I checked the bolt that attaches the pedal arm to a pivot block it was tight. I can grab that area and move it up and own and I do feel some play where as the other side does not have any. I know there are a couple of urethane spacers in there one red and one clear. I borrowed a red one from the other side so I had both red ones in one side I found the red ones to be thicker and the play seems to be gone. What is this problem about is it. Manufacture defect? Have you seen this? Should I just put two red spacers in and forget about it or should I be talking to Precor?
