#Novatron
I have a Novatron 120 three socket power flash pack...probably made in the 1990's. Worked great for years, then I retired and forgot about it. Pulled it out recently and plugged it in to see if it still works and I heard a "pop" and it does not work. I know according to Novatron literature that came with it I should have charged it up once every three months while storing it...but I got old and tired and that did not last long. I think the "pop" was probably a capicator.
I also have a 440 and and 880 power pack that are older than the above 120 and they are still working...I assume that should the need arise that you work on them too.
Do you work on Quantum Qpaq X flashes? The coiled wire that connects it to the Qpaq power pack literally turned white and fell totally apart.
HMMM, I wonder if you can use a Qpaq flash will work on a Novatron power pack? Have you ever reversed engineered a Qpaq flash to a Novatron?
