I have an old Navico Power Pilot PH8000. The JA8000 juntion box-amplifier is no longer functional.
The system is installed on a 40 fooot sailboat with full keel. During a storm 40 knot winds with higher gusts, 12/14 foot waves/swells the JA8000 power and pump power connections were "fried" The power feed breaker on the boats 12VDC power distribution did no trip, nor did the fuse blow that is mounted on the JA8000. Local service tried to resolder power connection points with poor results.
What would it cost for you to assess the JA8000 and determine if it could be repaired and the tre[pair estimate.
