I have a DTG M2 t shirt printer which is based around a Mutoh wide format printer but prints on clothing. Ive been told the mainboard is MUtoh but adapted for DTG. How much I dont know but the shysters at DTG will say anything for tech service pounds (or dollars)
Now the control panel will not work, in fact just about powers up. With a slight beep and quick flash of data light and thats about it.
Would you be able to help on this at all please? I certainly dont mind shipping to US and will pay shipping back. DTG tech service said its a new mainboard.
Whats my chances of getting this fixed in your expert opinion.
