Lowrance Link-5

#Lowrance I have a Link-5 with my MMSI number programmed in it. I had my boat serviced with to new batteries and when I went to test my equipment my Lowrance didn’t work and I noticed the MMSI number wasn’t mine it had some other number listed. I was told I had to sent it be reset so I can my MMSI number in it do you so this type of service?
