I have a Linear Dialer MODEL 1704/SSD SSD EMERGENCY DIALER ASSY 206378-64-V2.2 that connects to my Linear SSD 16 alarm panel. Previously monitored by WEMA, now monitored by Amcest.
The dialer no longer dials. I would like to have it repaired or obtain another dialer. Amcest advises that if I have another dialer of this same model they can program it to work with my account.
The dialer does not show any indication of damage or overheating.
