I recently received a treadmill from my son which had not been used in over 2 years and had been sitting in his garage. It did work the last time it was used. the PSB PN # is 132022. I set it up in my house, cleaned it, checked for broken or crimped wires, and turned it on. the unit ran slowly for about 5 seconds after pushing the start, then showed an "E2" error code. I removed the cover from the power units, and noted 2 steady red lights. When I reset and pushed start again, the light above PWM flickered, the unit ran slowly for about 5 seconds, then the same error code. The tach light never came on , by the way. I don't know much about IC boards, but tried to check continuity on some of the resistors. I got tone on some of them, but nothing on R4 and R8, as well as some others. I don't know if this means anything. I cleaned the board and all connections appeared good with no missing solder points or broken connections. Any thoughts or suggestions?
