Heidenhain:
I have a Bridgeport interact 2 with a TNC 155 B control. The machine stopped working at idle. The error of " Relay EXT. DC Voltage Missing"
After having an electrician verify 24volt DC to the system and also to the pins on the back of the TNC unit.(including three jumper wires) I have no other choice but to determine something in the control went bad. Can you assist in troubleshooting this issue? The machine has been working flawlessly for quite some time until now.
If this is a control issue, how much will it cost to repair?
