I have a Heart Interface Ultra High Performance Power inverter/charger
81-1800-12 s/n 59230 Mfg Date 10/93
It is trying to charge and cycling through the lights colors then clicking off after a few seconds.
It does put out up to 30 + amps but only for a very few seconds.
On Invert mode, it only generates a very low voltage ~ 15-20.
Do you think this unit is repairable?
Any idea/guesstimate of the cost to repair?
