My Heart model 81-0150-12 (204) seems to be working except for the charging part of the unit. My 110 plugs work. My television, my microwave, and CVI plugs work. My overhead light will not work. nor will my frig. My refrigerator is supposed to work on a/c , d/c, or gas and it will work on none of these. I have replaced all batteries. I have checked everything coming in up to the inverter/charger unit. The problem seems most certainly in the charger. My batteries are charging.

My motor home is a 1999 Winnebago Grand Tour Vectra. My inverter/charger is Freedom model 15. serial number 181975. I need a 12 volt converter replacement or repair.
