#Generac Generator model 58750, ser# 6215932, 20Kw (Controller Assembly OH6680B) Circuit Board OH4343 is bad, what do I need to do to get it checked/repaired ? Called 336 969 0110, got a recording, left a message and no return call. The Red, Green, and Yellow lights are all on at the same time, also screen on controller is blank. Checked battery charger and it is putting out 10 Volts. Charged battery and had it checked. It is rated for 540cca and read 800cca when it was checked. Checked 7.5 Amp fuse and it was good, replaced it with a new one, no change. Turned switch to off and then back to Auto no change. Pulled N1, T1, and T2 Fuses and lights went out. Left fuses out for 15 minutes then put them back in and Red, Green, and Yellow lights are on again, and screen is still blank. Opened up controller and it looks like it it may have shorted out, possible water got to it.
