Hello, my name is Sergio Arturo Pineda, from the company Sercom Abrasil Group SA. We have a problem with a Firetrol team that, due to a human error, requested the wrong controller and now we need a level 3 password to make a change in the voltage from 24 to 12 v in the programming since the controller does not recognize the batteries and keeps sending the battery failure. the imported equipment that was replaced by damage was the FTA 1100-JL12N s/n 1175948-RE MarkII xG-AS-2000-003 and the new equipment is the FTA1100-JL24N s/n 1910738-01RE I don't know if it has something to do with it, but the equipment works fine in manual but in automatic it turns on immediately when it is set to automatic even when the pressure is correct so that it is turned off.
