I have an automated stacker system originally manufactured by Eaton-Kenway. For reference, the project was job no. 44000 perfromed at General Motors Saginaw Steering Systems plant in the mid 80's. This system has 2 aisles one of which now has a micro controller fault on the Randtronics Cranemate 2 part number 535D11636 controller in the trolley itself. I can no longer communicate with this trolley essentially disabling half the stacker system. I am seeking repair service on site for the stacker.
