Hi I have a Darley press brake with Delem DA 22 controls this machine has worke great for many years as it did the day it broke down it work fine all day, shut it off as usual, started it an hour later and nothing worked. Hydraulics and electrical hardware seem to be ok. Neither the x nor y axis move. I can get a reading out of the Y axis endcoders after unplugging and replugging them into the card Delem7165-2 dpb-3. At start up the x axis always run a full cycle to find a reference point then return to the programed position this doeanot work anymore the x axis will not move. I have a suspicion that the card controlling the x axis is defective Delem 7190-1 this card looks like it has already been replaced as the SN:509 is much higher than the rest of the cards SN :83
I would like to know if this controller can be repaired or replaced and what the approximate cost would be?
