Hello,
I work for SLS hotel Casino in Las Vegas (formerly the Sahara Hotel Casino) We have a Dekolink MW-CBDA-SMR-700-800-16W-80 that is showing an error. Our local vendor told us it was a "major error and was not repairable" "and that the unit was no longer supported" Would this unit be something worth sending in for your free estimate? Does a return require an R.A. Number?
