I am having problem with 46" Apex T V Model # LD4688. There is no picture but sound is ok.
I was told H.V Power supply board may be bad, it is not supplying power so no picture on screen.
How do I mail you the power supply board for repairs and how to identify the board, I do not have part number of power supply board.
Please respond.
