Hi: I have an american Farmworks JL100 #55903-6117.
It is about 10 years old and was working well until today 10/17/18.
There is power at the ac outlet. But the fencer charger does not work.
No lights no clicking. I hooked my fence tester to the ground and fence terminals did not get a reading. I opened the box nothing looks burnt.
I took the lightening protector off still does not work.
I disconnected the fence from the charger still does not work.
Is there anything I can check? I have a test meter.
Please advise;
