My sister-in-law has a AWS120HR. It started out she had issue with not being able to come out of the cool mode. Told her to change remote (an old one that she had) and it worked. It would go to heat then. Thought problem was fixed . When she went back out to check the unit it had turned off. She turned unit on and in the display was some yellow bars at bottle , and in center was "FF" believe with fan emblem below that , then to right of "FF" looks like a bright sun emblem. I can email picture if need to. Thank you looking for a recommendation of what issue is.
